Shooting stopmotion is hugely challenging and requires an enormous amount of patience. From a lighting perspective controlling spill is vital so as to create shape and interest in the visuals. I have worked on a number of shorts associated with Final Projects for Aardman students such as 'Raising Perfect Hooman' an 80s infomercial style instructional video for cats and another a part of a Youtube Originals Short Project titled 'ASMR You Scared Of The Dark Ep1' featuring Jessica Alba. These where shot on GH5 and A7 using Dragonframe and Vintage Olympus and Mir Lenses.
